what happens when i want to change products…

Once products have been paid for via the Bordello Banquets shop page, you are committed to that ‘basket’ of products and services. If your group size drops no refunds will be given. If you want to swap your choice for a similar item of the same value, and assuming that Bordello Banquets are able to book the staff or products within time frame then you can ask if this is possible, and if it is, we will!

what happens when my booking is cancelled due to outside forces…

If you are prevented from proceeding with your booking for hospitality, entertainment, catering and classes as a result of God, government restrictions or force majeure then an admin cost of £10.00 per head will be retained and the balance transferred to another date.

what happens if we have unusual dietary requirements…

Bordello Banquets is used to catering for vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten free, free from and fodmap dietary requirements, and if you are dining at Mill End, usually has alternative items on reserve in the pantry. If you have a requirement do let us know in advance and we can research and present best options for you.

what happens with the items in the shop which are zero rated…

These are not free! They are listed to show you what kind of things we have organised for guests in the past and based on conversations with you, you can contact the providers direct or we can arrange it for you with a 10% admin charge.

what happens when one of our group cancels…

Some shop items are based on a specific group size and so once paid for and staff, ingredients and products have been ordered in Bordello Banquets in conjunction with Mill End Hen Parties cannot give refunds for individual guests or attendees.
